5ive Co. has recently lodged a development application for a boutique hotel and roof top reception area on land at Bulcock Beach in Caloundra. The application is supported by Marriott International who are interested in operating and managing an internationally branded first-class hotel on the site.
The hotel will assist with satisfying part of the recognised need for hotel rooms on the Sunshine Coast. Project Urban is providing town planning and landscape services for this project.
