Project Urban has assisted Clark Enterprises No.2 Pty Ltd with lodgement of an application for indoor and outdoor recreation uses on land at David Low Way, Diddillibah.
The proposal includes a golf driving range, miniature golf course, padel tennis/pickleball courts, escape/recreational rooms and supporting clubhouse comprising a bar/restaurant and function facility.
The development will boost the local economy by attracting tourists, creating jobs and promoting accessibility and inclusivity. Project Urban is providing town planning services for this project.
